HUNGRY WOODPECKER

  1. ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY I WAS TRYING TO LURE DIFFERENT SPECIES OF BIRDS TO MY FRONT DRIVEWAY. I USED PIECES OF WHITE BREAD AS BAIT. THERE WERE MANY TYPES OF BIRDS AVAILABLE FOR PHOTOGRAPHING. I SAW MOSTLY COMMON BIRDS TO PENNSYLVAINIA SUCH AS THE BOAT TAILED GRACKLE, COMMON BLACKBIRD,WOODPECKERS,NORTHERN CARDINALS,PYRRHULOXIA,CROWS, BLUEJAYS, ETC... THE MOST INTERESTING BIRD WERE TO CAUTIOUS TO SIT ON THE GROUND WHILE I PHOTOGRAPHED THEM SO, I DECIDED TO SET MY CAMERA IN THE POSITIONS WHERE THE BIRDS WOULD SEEK REFUGE AFTER THEY SWOOPED TO THE FOOD SOURCE.
